High power UV lasers require very special
optics. The materials that OptoSigma use for UV optics are free of
fluorescence and have very little absorption in the ultra-violet region of
the spectrum. In addition, great detail is paid to the preparation of
our UV optics to ensure that all surfaces are defect free delivering the
highest possible performance. This attention to detail allows us to offer
you the highest quality commercially available UV optics. |

In this section we offer Excimer laser mirrors, 3rd
and 4th harmonic Nd: YAG, HeCd, and Nitrogen laser mirrors, UV Beamsplitters,
Excimer focusing lenses and UV Achromats. Excimer and YAG laser mirrors
for UV applications are offered at 193, 248, 266, 281, 308, 325, 337, 352 and
355nm. |

Only plate beamsplitters are offered for use below
400nm because optical cement has high absorption in the UV. Our plate beamsplitters
are available for all UV laser lines in a variety of diameters and
thicknesses. |

|
Excimer focusing lenses and UV Achromats made from
high grade fused silica and calcium fluoride are offered for exceptional
focusing applications. A variety of diameters and focal lengths are
offered to meet most requirements and applications. |
