Miniature Actuators DMY series high precision blushless miniature linear actuators have been designed with a thorough focus on minimizing size and are excellent in volume performance. The DMY series units have a relatively high output in a compact body thanks to specially designed motors, and are capable of high resolution encoder functions and high precision positioning, which is enabled by the precision feed screw. While conventional actuators of this kind used in automatic positioning devices suffered problems of limited system design freedom and space saving due to relatively large actuator size in the whole system of the stage and so on, the DMY series can solve these problems. With the DMY series, converting manual movement stages to motorized stages can also be done without the problem of actuator sizes.

Motorized Stages These stages are svailable with five-phase stepper motor or AC servo motor drive;5-50kg load capacity;20mm-1500mm travel with various top plate sizes; For industrial and research equipment; All stage/motor combinations have re-circulating ball-bearing guided lead screws for low backlash with a choice of five thread pitch sizes, enabling high accuracy, high speed or a compromise of the two.

Anti-Reflection Coatings on Optical Fiber Endfaces We can deposit low temperature AR coatings on fiber endfaces using Ion Assisted Deposition (IAD). Our coating chambers are configured to accept most fiber termination types including bare, connectorized and bar mounted. High Power Laser and UV Optics In section High Power Laser Optics and UV Optics section we introduce a new line of high power laser and UV optics including high damage threshold mirrors, beamsplitters and high performance focusing lenses. Individual components are available for Nd:YAG and all harmonics and the UV laser lines down to 193nm.

Lens Kits To ensure that you have the correct selection of focal lengths at your fingertips, we offer a convenient selection of lenses in a kit. Our lens kits are available in BK7 and Fused Silica singlet kits or cemented doublets for achromatic applications.

Stainless Steel Stages For the highest performance in manual positioning we have developed a new family of stainless steel stages. These new stages offer high stability and excellent straightness of travel. These stages are available in X, XY, Z, XZ, and XYZ configurations in 3 different sizes.

Long Travel Stages Introducing a new family of long travel manual positioning stages. These crossed roller bearing stages offer high load capacity and are lead screw driven for faster translation. These stages are offered in X and XY configurations in 3 different sizes.

OEM Slides A variety of linear slides are offered to suit most OEM applications. Use of our patented extended contact bearings enable extremely high loads and excellent straightness of travel. These slides are offered in sizes ranging from 15mm square to 60x140mm.
