Since its creation in 2001, the Photon Lines group has had the ambition to become a major supplier of innovative optical solutions for industries and academic research institutes. And what makes our group unique in the European photonic landscape is based on 4 main activities.
THE DISTRIBUTION OF CUTTING-EDGE TECHNOLOGICAL PRODUCTS IN THE FIELD OF OPTICS, IMAGING AND SPECTROSCOPY.
For this activity, we have surrounded ourselves with specialist partners in their fields, and technically qualified sales teams deployed in the territories. Our suppliers have enabled us to acquire solid expertise in their technologies. In return, our teams have helped them to develop in our territories, and to innovate further through our concrete feedback from the field.
STUDIES AND DEVELOPMENT OF CUSTOM SOLUTIONS.
We have created an internal R&D department. Its missions are to propose in-depth studies, proofs of concept, specific developments, and to create complete solutions responding to concrete applications. These solutions can be either the adaptation of a product from our partners, or the total creation of the solution. The R&D department also offers technical training in our areas of expertise, because we are committed to sharing our knowledge with as many people as possible.
PRE- AND AFTER-SALES SERVICES.
This includes many facets: accurately qualifying the need, demonstrating the products, proposing appropriate solutions, installing the equipment, helping you get started. We also provide in-house overhaul, maintenance and repair of certain equipment. Finally, we offer warranty extensions, updates, etc.
THE CREATION OF IMAGING PRODUCTS.
This activity has become evident through field feedback and our strong ability to listen to application needs. It is implemented and coordinated thanks to a strong connection between our sales departments, our R&D department and the knowledge of our subsidiary See Fast Technologies.
